After I published the post about my apartment here in Suita, I remembered that I don't think I had shared anything about how my temporary accommodations looked like. So this post is all about that!
The name of my accommodation was 'Grandouce Tamatsukuri' and the type was a apartment hotel. Basically it was a hotel that offered actual apartments for a bit longer stays than the basic 1 week vacations. It had self-checking so you really need the internet connection when arriving (Please remember to get it at the airport unlike me!) And they offer English customer service, which is good for simple stuff, but if you have a more complicated problem or question, it would be better if you had knowledge of the Japanese language.
At the room the cleaning lady will not arrive before your check-out date, so you have to keep the place tidy by yourself. But! If your trashcans are full or you run out of toilet paper etc. you can email the hotel staff and they will arrange a person to come and take away your trash or bring you what you might need. However, adapters or converters for electrical appliances they do not offer so those you have to purchase yourself. Big Camera or Labi are very good shops that sell electrical appliances and related products.
I would rate this as a very good accommodation, as long as you're aware of things I explained above.
Now, to the room itself.
I did mention in the post 'The First and the Second Day' a few things about the room already:
6th floor with a balcony towards the street
King size bed
AIR-CONDITIONING
free Wi-Fi
Big bath with bathtub attached with ventilation/cooling/drying system
Washing machine for clothes
small kitchen (fridge bigger than the I have atm in my shared apartment)
couch and a working TV
electric kettle
hairdryer
big closet with hangers
automatic toilet
kitchen utensils provided
non-gas stove and a ventilation system
intercom
personal mailbox downstairs
In pictures below are the most things I mentioned above.
